Landed on Normandy shores
A surprise visit 
Stayed a bit took no selfies
Then came back and told no tales

    Wow. Yep…my uncles spoke to me about the war only twice. Each of them once. This is a powerful piece.

      This was for my father. He was there. Not a big talker to begin with, but he did not want to talk about it. Ever.
